A new style for the season, ID Zoom II has been designed with fashionable silver, pink and grey textile and PU uppers. Part of the Joya Curve sole technology which promotes health and comfort. Built with a rocker sole unit which helps to roll of your foot as you walk, relieving the pressure on the heel and toes and the soft foam midsole allows your feet to "sink" in to the shoe giving an overall soft walking experience. The laces allow you to adjust the width of the shoes to fit your feet perfectly. Fabric lined with a removable Ortholite insole that will support and cushion your feet as you walk.

The removable Ortholite Imperial Plus insole is made from soft elastic material and is both breathable and antibacterial, offering super comfortable and soft cushioning effect from all Joya's Ortholite insole range.

Microfibre, textiles and even mesh can be easily cleaned if they are regularly treated with a special waterproofing spray. Thanks to the waterproofing spray the fibres cannot absorb dirt as easily. A cleaning foam or soft gum for gentle cleaning can also be used. The Joya sole can be cleaned using a little lukewarm water and a sponge. Do not use any cleaning agents as the sole may be damaged by them.
Delivery & Returns
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. At Shuropody we aim to process your order as soon as possible, so that you receive your purchase within three to five working days from the order date. We use DPD, Royal Mail and UPS Courier services as our delivery partners.
We can either deliver your order to your home address or an address of your choice. The delivery address must be in the UK and hold a valid postcode. We do not deliver to Eire, BFPO addresses or the rest of the world.
For home delivery, the delivery charge is the same, irrespective of the number of items ordered. (The maximum order you will be able to make is sixteen items/pairs of shoes, of which no more than two sizes can be of the same style).
We'll do our best to send you your whole order in the same parcel, however occasionally we may have to fulfil items from multiple locations. This may result in more than one delivery dispatched separately from different locations.
If you chose to nominate a safe delivery place or to a neighbour, should the parcel go missing and we have proof of delivery, regrettably we won't be able to accept any responsibility, and this will be interpreted as the parcel having being delivered to you.
During sale/promotion times our stock levels are limited and can deplete quickly, so your order could be subject to a delay or may go out of stock. In this scenario we would then try to fulfil your order from one of our stores and we will notify you as soon as possible, so please kindly bear with us.
Any standard delivery orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If the timing of your delivery is important, you're very welcome to visit one of our Shuropody stores as an alternative to buying online.
Branded Shoes Delivery
Some of our branded shoes are dispatched to you directly from our suppliers, still within 3-5 working days from your order date.
If you have ordered multiple items from different suppliers, you will receive more than one parcel, sometimes on different days.
Standard Delivery Charges
For mainland UK and Northern Ireland there is a standard home delivery charge of £3.95 for online orders under £75. Online orders £75 and over are eligible for FREE standard delivery. Delivery is within 3-5 working days for mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Orders delivered to Channel Isles, Isle of Man, UK - Scottish Highlands & Islands will be charged at £6.95 per order. Orders to these areas will take between 7-10 working days.
Deliveries are normally made Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a confirmation of dispatch to your chosen email account.
By providing us with your mobile phone number and email address when placing your order, our parcel carrier will be able to text/email you when your item is on its way.
Please be aware that during peak trading times (sales and bank holidays for example) it may take a few days longer for your standard delivery order to arrive.
