These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can visit our Shuropody website, and order and buy goods through our online store/delivery service.
This website is owned and operated by Shuropody Retail Ltd ("Shuropody", "we", "our", "us"). Registered office: Suite 20, The Hall, Rugby Road, Wolston, Coventry, CV8 3FZ. Company Registration Number: 11293536. VAT number: GB311694612.
We aim to process all enquiries and requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as refuse access to the website and terminate accounts at our discretion. This website is intended for use by UK adult consumers only and for delivery within the UK.
We reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the Terms and Conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Shuropody has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. We try to ensure that all the prices shown on the website are accurate. Where a product's correct price is lower than that paid, we will refund the difference to you, and dispatch your order in the usual way. Where the correct price is higher you will have the option of proceeding with the order at the correct price or cancelling the order. Where a reduced price is shown on sale, the item(s) have been on sale at the higher price for 28 days or more.
Reduced products will show the 'now price' and 'list price' (original price) with text reflecting the discount level by £ off and % off. The reductions shown are reductions from the original price ('list price') charged on the website.
Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.
All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling. All prices are inclusive of sales tax where appropriate but DO NOT include delivery charges.
Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the website may differ from prices in store.
How an Order is Processed
After you have placed an order with us, we will send an email acknowledgment of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and receipt of your order.
If after we have confirmed your order, we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email, text or phone call, and refund you as required.
Our receipt of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgment of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase, we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed and that dispatch times should not be relied upon as such.
Payment can be made using the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Electron. Payments can also be made via PayPal and Klarna.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of English courts.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. At Shuropody we aim to process your order as soon as possible, so that you receive your purchase within three to five working days from the order date. We use Royal Mail, DPD and UPS Courier services as our delivery partners.
We can either deliver your order to your home address or an address of your choice. The delivery address must be in the UK and hold a valid postcode. We do not deliver to Eire, BFPO addresses or the rest of the world.
For home delivery, the delivery charge is the same, irrespective of the number of items ordered. (The maximum order you will be able to make is sixteen items/pairs of shoes, of which no more than two sizes can be of the same style).
We'll do our best to send you your whole order in the same parcel, however occasionally we may have to fulfil items from multiple locations. This may result in more than one delivery dispatched separately from different stores.
If you chose to nominate a safe delivery place or to a neighbour, should the parcel go missing and we have proof of delivery, regrettably we won't be able to accept any responsibility, and this will be interpreted as the parcel having being delivered to you.
Please note that delivery services are particularly busy over Christmas and Bank Holiday periods. Please be assured that we're working hard to get your order dispatched to you as quickly as possible, but please be aware there are likely to be delays to your delivery during these times.
During Sale times it can also take our team a bit longer to dispatch your order, and sometimes we have delays from some of our suppliers that can affect delivery times, so please kindly bear with us. Any standard delivery orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If the timing of your delivery is important, you're very welcome to visit one of our Shuropody stores an alternative to buying online.
Branded Shoes Delivery
Some of our branded shoes are dispatched to you directly from our suppliers, still within three to five days from your order date.
If you have ordered multiple items from different suppliers, you may receive more than one parcel, sometimes on different days.
Standard Delivery Charges
For mainland UK and Northern Ireland there is a standard home delivery charge of £3.95 for online orders under £75. Online orders £75 and over are eligible for FREE standard delivery. Delivery is within 3-4 working days for mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Orders delivered to Channel Isles, Isle of Man, UK - Scottish Highlands & Islands will be charged at £6.95 per order. Orders to these areas will take between 7-10 days.
Deliveries are normally made Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a confirmation of dispatch to your chosen email account.
By providing us with your mobile phone number and email address when placing your order, our parcel carrier will be able to text/email you when your item is on its way.
Please be aware that during peak trading times it may take 1-2 days longer for your standard delivery order to arrive. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please call our customer care team on 02476 937 398. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you're happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods, you may return them to us.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and returned within 21 days of receipt, or for reduced price items, within 14 days of receipt. You should follow the procedure below.
Items returned outside of the specified returns period will not be refunded and instead an online credit note will be issued to you via email for the value of the returned item(s). Original postage and packing fees (if applicable) will also not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
Please note that ALL Orthotics, Footcare and Shoe Care products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
You can return your items to us in two easy ways:
Returns to a Shuropody Store
You can return your items for FREE to any Shuropody store, (except for concession stores), within 21 days (or 14 days for reduced price items). You may also exchange your items in store. For a full list of all Shuropody stores please see our Store Locator.
Please note: Online orders paid for using Klarna cannot be refunded or exchanged in store, please return to our Head Office address for a refund to your original payment method.
What to Do:
- Take the item(s) you wish to return (in their original packaging) to the Shuropody store of your choice with your original invoice as proof of purchase and the completed returns form (located at the bottom of your invoice).
- The store team will then check the item(s), confirm and provide you with a returns receipt. Please note: NO CASH/CREDIT refund will be processed at the store at the time of your return. You refund will be processed by our online team within 10 working days* and you will receive an email from us to notify you that this has been done.
Returns by Post
You can return any items to us, at your own cost, at any Post Office, within 21 days of receipt (14 days for reduced price items).
What to do:
- Complete the returns form at the bottom or on the other side of your despatch note in your parcel giving the reason for your return. If you want an exchange for your item(s) please advise us on your returns note and when we receive your return, we will process the order for your exchanged items(s) and they will then be sent out to you.
- Enclose your completed returns form within the parcel, ensure it is sealed correctly, and send to this following address: Returns, Shuropody Head Office, Suite 20, The Hall, Rugby Road, Wolston, Warwickshire, CV8 3FZ.
- Take your parcel to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt. You must retain this until the item(s) are credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order.
- We will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your return.
- Please note that the cost of returning the purchased goods is the responsibility of the customer - faulty items being the exception. If you wish to return a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us and we will get back to you within 72 hours to ask for photographic evidence of the fault. If confirmed, we will contact you with details on how to return this for either a refund or exchange.
Important Information About All Returns
- When we receive your returns, we will check that they are in their original ‘as sold’ condition and that they are in their original shoe box. Any returns that are damaged or without their box will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
- *We will process your return within 10 working days. Depending on your bank/card provider it can then take up to an additional 4 working days to reach your account.
- Please note that ALL Orthotics, Footcare and Shoe Care products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Returning Incorrect Orders
If we’ve sent you the wrong item, please accept our apologies - unfortunately mistakes can occasionally happen. We’ll be happy to process a refund/exchange and refund your first-class postage costs (up to a maximum of £5) for returning the item. You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services, but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage cost.
Returning Faulty Orders
If your goods are deemed to be faulty, we are happy to inspect them, process an exchange or give you a full refund within three months of your purchase. We will also re-imburse your first-class return-postage costs (up to a maximum of £5) through the original method of payment or with an online credit note - if they are found to be faulty.

All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
Right to Cancel this Agreement
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your agreement with Shuropody within a period of 14 calendar days. This period begins the day after you receive the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your cancellation request. If your order has already been dispatched, then you will need to either refuse delivery or return the goods following our normal returns policy stated above. Find further details in our Returns Policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the product. Goods must be returned before a refund will be processed and the product must be returned in its original condition and in their original box/packaging.
How You Can Cancel this Agreement
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your agreement. Orders can only be cancelled before processing/dispatch has begun.
Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
How Shuropody Can Cancel this Agreement
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
- We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
- We are unable to obtain payment
- We do not deliver to your area
- A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified
Use of the Shuropody Website
Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright, in the text, graphics and layout of this website and in all software and software compilations are owned by, or licensed to, Shuropody.
You are not permitted, without our prior written consent, to copy, transmit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, modify or adapt this website, its contents or underlying software, except for personal non-commercial use.
Accuracy of Content
We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described so that the product information is correct, and that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will vary with the quality and settings of your monitor, therefore we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the product requested on delivery.
If, on receiving ordered goods, you have any cause for dissatisfaction you may return them via our Returns procedure, as outlined above.
We may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the website and the services we provide, including limits to the size and number of any messages that have been sent, or the duration that any messages may be stored on our website. We are entitled to delete any material from our website at any time, and we will not be liable for deleting or not storing any material that you may transmit to us.
Damage to your Computer
Shuropody make every effort to ensure that this website is free from defects or viruses. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the correct equipment when using the website, and to protect from anything that may damage it.
Links to Other Websites
We do not hold any responsibility for any site, or its content, that has chosen to link to us.
You may leave a review of a product on its specific product page. An independent third-party check that all reviews meet our guidelines before they are published, so there might be a short delay before it appears on site. If for whatever reason your review doesn't meet our guidelines, we'll let you know and give you an opportunity to edit and re-submit your review.
Please avoid mentioning customer service in product reviews. Please Contact Us instead if you have an issue that needs attention.
We reserve the right to edit or delete illegal or inappropriate content. We will not change a rating once set by a customer.
We reserve the right to use content submitted by customers, including product reviews, at our sole discretion and for any purpose.
Telephone Number Charges
Calls to our Stores and our Head Office are charged at the standard local rate plus your providers access charge if calling via a mobile phone.
Passwords and Security
If you use the site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for ensuring that unauthorised access to your account is prohibited. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your information is kept confidential to you and we would therefore recommend that you use a password unique to Shuropody. Complaints and Your Rights
If you have a complaint about any goods you purchase from us or any aspect of our online service, please Contact Us so our Customer Care team can help you.
If you bought goods from us online, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform if you have an unresolved complaint with us. This is a dispute resolution process conducted entirely online. You can access this platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Gift Vouchers and e-Gift Vouchers
Shuropody paper Gift Vouchers can be used against any purchases (excluding gift voucher purchases) in our stand-alone Shuropody stores (but not concession stores) and in our podiatry clinics within the UK & ROI.
They can be purchased in-store and online here.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in-store or in clinics. Online gift vouchers are not currently available.
Gift Vouchers purchased online expire 12 months from date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned, refunded, resold, transferred for value or exchanged for cash, except in accordance with your legal rights. No cash change will be given on purchases made using Gift Vouchers.
Please treat your Gift Voucher as cash, Shuropody cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers and these cannot be replaced.
Shuropody reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, defaced, modified, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
By purchasing, using, or accepting Gift Vouchers you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Shuropody reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of Gift Vouchers, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
The minimum amount to activate a Gift Voucher is £10 and the maximum Gift Voucher limit is £500.
A maximum of five Gift Vouchers can be used in one transaction.
The risk in any gift voucher shall pass to you upon delivery by our delivery service partners. The gift voucher remains the property of Shuropody and may not be tampered or interfered with, without Shuropody’s consent. If a gift voucher is found, please return it to the nearest Shuropody store.
Shuropody makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect of Gift Vouchers, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
