Following the recent nationwide lockdown across the UK at the beginning of the year, we're pleased to confirm that all our stores and clinics across the UK are now open.
Our priority continues to be the well-being of our customers and employees and ensuring that all our stores operate in the safest way possible. We are in the midst of unknown trading territory and we must all do our upmost to ensure we are fully prepared and ready.

Measures in place in our stores/clinics to help keep us all safe
On entering a store/clinic all customers will be asked to apply hand sanitiser, which will be provided. Staff will monitor this along with managing customer flow at busy times and restrict the number of customers entering each store if required.
There will be COVID-19 posters on display in-store advising customers and employees on our new protection policy of –using hand sanitiser, paying by contactless where possible, staying 2-metre apart and that we follow high cleanliness and use personal protection equipment. Social distancing floor stickers will also be used throughout our stores to remind customers of social distancing rules.
There will be an increased focus on hand washing/sanitizing for all employees and customers.
To add further protection against the potential spread of Covid-19, we will also be asking customers NOT TO TOUCH ANY OF THE ITEMS ON DISPLAY Instead only our employees will be handling them. Our employees will be sanitising their hands before and after touching any shoes from display or from the stockroom. Customers trying shoes on, will be asked to sanitise their hands before and wear the foot socks provided. After touching any product, both employee and customer hands must always be sanitised. Any footwear not purchased that has been handled will be put into a quarantined stock holding area for 24hrs, before then being sanitised and put back into the general stock holding area.
Protection screens will be in place in all stores at each till point and within the clinic rooms. These will provide added protection barrier for our customers and staff.
PPE will also be worn by our podiatrists during all treatments, this will include a visor, face masks, gloves and an apron which will be changed following each treatment.
Customers will be advised when confirming appointments and when arriving in store that a face mask MUST be worn during their treatment. If you do not have your own mask, you will be advised again to purchase one from us at £1.00. If you are not willing to wear your own mask or purchase one, unfortunately this means you will not be able to attend your appointment due to new hygiene regulations.
Paying for Goods/Services
We will be asking customers to pay by contactless where possible but for any transactions over £45, this will need to be done with chip and pin, or if the customer doesn’t have a card, they can use cash.
As part of our safe trading guidelines we’ve now introduced a new e-receipt process which means we can email your receipt directly to you and minimise the handling of paper receipts instore. Your e-receipt will work in exactly the same way as a paper one and is a quick and easy way to keep a record of your purchase. We will only ever use your contact details for the purpose you agree, so your email address will only be used to send your e-receipt and you will not receive any further communications if you do not wish to do so. You can change this at any time via the website if you decide later you’d like to sign up to our newsletter.
Our online store is open 24/7, so you can continue to purchase footwear, shoe care, gift vouchers and footcare accessories online. We will endeavour to process your orders and despatch your items as quickly as possible, but occasional delays may occur due to the lockdown restrictions in place across the UK, so please bear with us. Our customer service phonelines are currently closed due to lockdown, but you can still email us with any queries via firstname.lastname@example.org . However, due to the increase in the volume of emails we will receive during lockdown, please be patient in awaiting a response - we will endeavour to answer your email queries within four working days.
