Shuropody | COVID-19 Statement
Dear our valued customers,
During these uncertain times and severity regarding the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), it comes with great sadness and consideration that we have decided to temporarily close our nationwide stores and clinics from Monday 23rd March 5pm until further notice.
The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is at the forefront of our responsibilities, therefore due to the increasing importance of social distancing, we have decided that closing stores and clinics would be best for yours and our safety.
Our online store is open for online orders, however please note that due to the current circumstances, delivery may take 8-10 days from the date of dispatch. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. To do so, please email: email@example.com. Please allow up to 48 working hours for a member of the team to get back to you.
We understand that you may want to make a Shuropody return. To make this as convenient as possible for you we have extended our returns policy. As soon as our stores and head office are open again, any orders placed after the 1st March can be returned within 21 days.
Due to these unprecedented circumstances and to ensure the health and safety of our staff is optimised, refunds might take slightly longer than usual to be processed.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your valued custom and we look forward to welcoming you back when we feel your health and safety is no longer at risk.
