We are currently recruiting for an office administrator role to help support the HR and payroll departments for our growing business. The right candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, be hands on, and willing to support with other admin functions as required. Duties include but are not limited to:

· Effective and proactive administration across the HR and Payroll departments

· Organising and maintaining files and records

· Administration of the holiday booking system

· Administration of pension system

· Assisting with the creation of new starter and leaver packs

· Updating and re-setting passwords on internal systems

· Data entry – creating, editing and updating spreadsheets

· Producing reports weekly/ monthly

Personal qualities;

· Able to deal with ambiguity

· Able to thrive under pressure

· Able to manage their own workload and work to tight timescales

· Excellent communication both written and oral

· Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
