How can I amend my order?
We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed. If you do need to amend any details on your order we advise you to contact us by telephone on 02476 937398 as this will require urgent assistance. If you have already received your despatch email we will not be able to amend your order.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address?
You can have your order delivered to any address that is convenient to you. This can be a friend/relative or work address. You are welcome to have your order delivered to one of our stores, however we do not offer a click and collect service and this will still incur a delivery charge.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to UK addresses including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver outside of the UK, and are unable to deliver BPFO or PO Box addresses.
How do I track my order?
If you have not received your order after 3-5 working days of your despatch email, please contact our team at email@example.com or call us on 02476 937398 and we will be able to search for your delivery and advise you further. Please note, when large orders are placed you may receive your order in separate parcels due to availability of stock when processing your order.
How do I return my order?

If the item I've ordered is out of stock will payment still be taken straight away?
If for any reason we find that an item on your order is out of stock whilst processing your order, a refund for the value of the item will be actioned immediately and we will email you to confirm when this has been done. If you only order 1 item and it is out of stock, you will receive a full refund including any postage costs.
Who will deliver my parcel?
Your parcel will be delivered by our courier partner DPD and Royal Mail for Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands.
What happens if I am not in to receive my parcel?
We would advise where possible on your order notes to leave a safe place, or preferred neighbour for delivery on the off chance that you will not be in to receive your parcel. If a mobile number is provided on the order, you will receive text updates and instructions should you need to inform the driver on the day of delivery of an alternative delivery instruction if necessary. In the case that this has not been done, you will be left a calling card by DPD with further instructions on how you can receive your parcel.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a next day delivery service.
