FAQs

How can I amend my order?

We aim to despatch the majority of orders within 24 hours of them being placed. If you do need to amend any details on your order please contact us by telephone as soon as possible on 02476 937 398, where we will do our best to help. However, if we have already processed your order or you have already received your 'order is on its way' email we will unfortunately not be able to amend your order.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address?

You can have your Shuropody order delivered to any address that is convenient to you. This can be a friend/relative or work address. You are also welcome to have your order delivered to one of our stores, however we do not currently offer a click and collect service and this will still incur a delivery charge.

If you chose to nominate a safe delivery place or delivery to a neighbour, should your parcel go missing and we have proof of delivery, regrettably we cannot accept any responsibility and this will be interpreted as the parcel having being delivered to you.

Do you offer any payment options?

Yes, in addition to accepting debit and credit cards, we now also offer payment via Paypal, plus two new payment options from Klarna - Pay Later, which allows you to pay 30 days after purchase, and Pay in 3, which allows you to pay in three installments. Find out more about Klarna.

Is there a charge for my delivery?

We charge a delivery fee of £3.95 per order for deliveries to the UK mainland or Northern Ireland or £6.95 per order for the following postcode areas: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60 -PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE 2-3

However, if your order is over £75, you get FREE delivery.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to UK addresses including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We are unable to deliver outside of the UK, and are unable to deliver BPFO or PO Box addresses.

How do I track my order?

If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving your 'order is on its way' email, please contact our team at contactus@shuropody.com or call us on 02476 937 398 and we will be able to track your delivery and advise you further.

Will I receive all my items in one parcel?

Depending on what you have ordered you may receive your order in more than one parcel. Many of our branded shoes are sent directly from our suppliers to get them to you as quickly as possible, so if you have ordered more than one brand of shoe, they may arrive separately. We sometimes also source online orders from stores if our warehouse is out of stock, so again, larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

How do I return my order?

You have the choice of returning your order to one of our Shuropody stand-alone stores for free, or by post at your own cost. Please see our Returns Policy for all information you need on returning your order.

If the item I've ordered is out of stock will payment still be taken straight away?

If for any reason we find that an item on your order is out of stock whilst processing your order, a refund for the value of the item will be actioned immediately and we will email you to confirm when this has been done. If you have only ordered one item and it is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, including any postage costs.

Who will deliver my parcel?

Your parcel will normally be delivered by our main delivery partner, DPD. On some occasions we might use the service of other couriers for larger/heavier orders/parcels.

What happens if I am not in to receive my parcel?

We would advise where possible on your order notes to advise us of a safe place, or preferred neighbour for delivery on the off chance that you will not be in to receive your parcel. If a mobile number is provided on the order, you will receive text updates and instructions should you need to inform the driver on the day of delivery of an alternative delivery instruction if necessary. In the case that this has not been done, you will be left a calling card by DPD with further instructions on how you can receive or collect your parcel.

Do you offer Next Day delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer next day delivery at the moment. This is something we are hoping to offer in the future.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, in-store gift vouchers for £10, £20 or £30 can be purchased through our website. These can be redeemed against items in-store (except against the purchase of more gift vouchers) or in our clinics. We do not currently sell online gift vouchers.
