Nail Problems
In its early stages the tip and side of the toenail may change to a creamy white, yellow or green colour. The infection then spreads to the base of the nail causing it to become thick and painful. If left untreated the toe nail can begin to crumble. -
Athletes Foot
When symptoms are spotted it is already too late, the infection is established. The most obvious is the itching sensation, although the area may also become white and moist. -
Cracked Heels
The skin on the heel appears cracked dry and yellow in colour. -
Skin Health (Hard, Rough, Dry Skin)
Although not generally painful, hard, rough skin can be unsightly and irritating if left untreated, it can lead to calluses forming, which can be more stubborn to remove and painful. -
Corns
There are 2 types of corn - Hard and soft. Hard Corns - A tough shiny pea sized patch of skin usually circular in shape and pale yellow in colour. This causes sharp, intense pain. Soft corns - As the name suggests they are soft even rubbery with no hard centre and can be just as painful. -
Calluses
Calluses may be mistaken for corns. Unlike corns, calluses have no nucleus pressing on the nerve. Pain from calluses tends to be a wider spread burning sensation rather than the intense pain of a corn.

Odour Control
Easy to spot, the odour! Foot odour is very common and easy to control. -
Bunions
A bunion is an inflamed swelling of the big toe joint where it meets the mid foot. Flexibility of the joint can be reduced due to the joint becoming enlarged, misshapen and hard. -
Verrucas
Verrucas are generally found on the ball, of the foot, the bottom of the toe or on the heel. They are a type of plantar wart which appear as pale, raised cauliflower shaped lesions, sometimes with small black spots in their centre. -
Working Feet
The main signs of circulation disorders are ‘heaviness in the legs’, ‘itchy Skin’, ‘delay in cuts or abrasions healing’, ‘skin discolouration’ and ‘swollen ankles’. -
Hammer Toe
The end joint of the toe, rather than standing straight, begins to curl in on itself and becomes rigid over time. In the early stages a more obvious symptom is a corn developing on the top of the toe. A callus may also form at the base of the toe where it joins the sole of the foot. -
Foot Arch Problems
Symptoms of fallen or weak arches are ‘the ankle joint becoming tired and swollen’, ‘a burning sensation in the back of the foot’ or ‘cramped feeling around the toes’.
