Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept the goods back for refund or exchange, subject to the following provisions:
You must contact us within seven days of receiving the goods and obtain a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA). Please do not attempt to return goods to us without first contacting us and obtaining your RMA.
Your RMA must be clearly quoted on the outside of the package being returned and any correspondence enclosed with the returned goods.
Unless the goods are damaged, faulty or not as described you must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
Unless the goods are damaged, faulty or not as described we will not refund our initial delivery charges.
Goods must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.
We will make a handling charge if goods are not returned in accordance with these provisions.
